This is a volunteer position!

We do not, and can not pay our staff, and for some, I know this will be a turn away, but we don't expect you to be on all the time, just enough to moderate and interact with the members!

And don't think all the money is going to me (the owner), I don't make anything off of this, I try to keep everything free, although donations are welcomed! (They help cover hosting fees!)

So! What do we expect of our staff?

We expect our staff to be active in the community, not silently watching in the shadows. Nobody likes a lurking staff member! So activity in the community is a must. And maturity, now, we don't mean super strict blue collar mature, but enough maturity to know when to stop being stupid.

Is that really it?

For the most part, yes, but this is just an overview of what we expect. Each position has it's own set of guidelines, which you'll find out once you figure out which you want to apply for!
